Capture/transmit the source atime (pre-read stat; --open-noatime O_NOATIME sender guard) and birth time (statx STATX_BTIME); receiver restores atime with mtime (crtime not portably settable -> transmitted, explicitly not applied, marked Partial). --open-noatime client-only. -O/-J are accepted no-ops (FastSync never preserves dir/symlink times). Wire: metadata frame gains atime/crtime val+sec+nsec; PROTOCOL_VERSION 2.11.0 -> 2.12.0. Verified: unit 28/28, 16 focused integration, 33 smoke, 273 full. Independent c-review REQUEST CHANGES; fixes applied: honest -O/-J status (Compat no-op), Linux-gate atime capture, close fd on fdopen failure.
