The rsync 3.4.1 flag documentation and the phased Implementation Difficulty Plan (Phases 1-6 + Recommended Delivery Order) were reconciled onto dev's RSYNC_COMPAT.md: dev's implemented statuses were kept authoritative, previously undocumented rows (one-file-system, -F, temp-dir/-T, identity-mapping options, remote-option/-M, max-alloc) added with code-verified statuses, and Summary counts recomputed from the table (was stale).
