Documents the batch PR workflow used during the 35-issue fix cycle:\n- Batch PR workflow (group, fix, 3-reviewer cycle, merge, combine)\n- CI troubleshooting (clang-format, cppcheck, integration tests in Docker)\n- Gitea API & tea CLI usage\n- Common pitfalls (io_ssl thread-local, SSL WANT retry, clang-format version, merge order)
