Updates README with all documented features (SSH, all CLI flags, streaming zstd, ControlMaster, STATUS_MANIFEST protocol, --stdio mode) and adds test.py coverage for the new rsync-compatible flags.

Feature tests:

Dry run (-n), Archive mode (-a), Exclude (--exclude)
Progress (--progress), Chunk size (--chunk-size), Delete (--delete)
SSH Archive (-a) and SSH Exclude

Bugs fixed:

Double-free in manifest cleanup (server.c, client_send.c, multiprocessing.c)
Absolute vs relative manifest path mismatch
