SSH ControlMaster set to auto with ControlPath, enabling connection reuse across repeated invocations
-z flag added as alias for -c (compression), matching rsync convention
--progress flag shows real-time transfer rate (MB/s) in send_files
Fixed unused-result warning on write() in transport_ssh.c
Builds clean, all 7 tests pass.
