Reduced test data from 50MB to 25MB for faster test cycles
Increased SSH socketpair buffer to 1MB via setsockopt on both socketpair ends
Added --chunk-size CLI flag; new Config.chunk_size field serialized over wire; scanner uses it instead of hardcoded DESIRED_CHUNK_SIZE (default: 10MB)
Fixed DESIRED_CHUNK_SIZE macro parentheses
Builds clean (zero new warnings), all 7 tests pass.
