FastSync maps a receiver-side per-entry file error to the general exit code 1, not rsync's partial 23. With --remove-source-files, the non-OK terminal status also leaves successfully transferred sources in place.

Work: add a receiver->client partial-failure signal (or a client-side mapping) and exit 23 for a partial run; decide --remove-source-files behavior on partial runs. Applies broadly to receiver file errors (not just --devices), closing that residual.

Fixed in PR #327 (protocol 2.30.0). New STATUS_PARTIAL terminal; the client exits 23 on a partial run and removes successfully-transferred --remove-source-files sources, matching rsync (verified with a real rsync 3.4.1 probe). Clean=0, fatal non-zero, --delete-limit=25 unchanged. Closing as completed.
