refactor: address PR review feedback

- Replace FASTSYNC_SERVER_IP/FASTSYNC_SERVER_PORT env vars with
  --server-host and --server-port CLI flags
- Simplify STATUS_OK handshake: single disconnect/delete path
- Remove hardcoded default directory (require explicit source/dest)
- Clean up free(NULL) on positional args path
- Fix send_files() resource leak on STATUS_OK failure
